SNAP TEST & TAG understands that in any work environment safety is of great importance.

All employers (including small businesses) are fully responsible for the health, safety and welfare of employees and all others in the workplace. To meet government legislation and to comply with the current standards - AS/NZS 3760:2003, all work places must have their electrical equipment tested and tagged regularly.

To achieve this, SNAP uses the latest computerised test equipment - Seaward Supernova XE's and handheld Primetest 300's with state of the art software including the printing of thermal durable & permanent synthetic tags. A full report of the latest test results including: Asset ID, Description, Make/Model, test result, test date, next due date will be supplied in a logbook and/or asset register given to you in an electronic (spreadsheet) or hardcopy format. It is also stored on our computerised database and can be accessed at any time by current clients.

This includes ensuring your safety switch is in perfect working order, your microwave oven is tested for any excessive radiation leakage, your smoke alarm tested with specialised equipment, and up to 10 household hostile electrical appliances will be tested including electric blankets, heaters, kettles, and toaster - to ensure they are free from electrical dangers. Upon completion we provide you with a test certificate and advise you of any safety issues in your home.
